The confidentiality of your personal data is one of the main concerns of Design Web Romania, based in Timișoara, as the data operator.

If you use your Facebook or Google account to create a user account on the Website, Design Web Romania will process the following public profile data displayed by those applications: username, email address.
If you choose to create a user account only before completing an order for a product available on the Website, your email address will be requested, and an account will be automatically created. If you do not complete the order, the email address and other provided data will not be stored by Design Web Romania, and the created account will be deleted automatically.

III.2. If you are a visitor to the Website, Design Web Romania processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- For marketing activities, namely to send commercial communications regarding the products and services offered by Design Web Romania via remote communication means (email, SMS).

IV. Duration for which we process your data
As a general rule, Design Web Romania will process your personal data as long as necessary to achieve the processing purposes mentioned above.
If you are a client, we will process your data for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently according to the legal obligations that Design Web Romania is subject to (e.g., for financial-accounting documents for which the legal retention period is 10 years from the end of the financial year during which they were prepared).
In case you are a client and you choose to delete your user account by pressing the “Delete Account” button in the “My Account Information” section, Design Web Romania will interpret this action as your choice to unsubscribe from receiving commercial communications about the products and services offered through the website. In this case, if you choose to delete your account, we will no longer send you such emails/SMS. However, we would like to inform you that deleting the account will not automatically delete your personal data. If you wish for your data to no longer be processed or wish to have your data deleted, you can exercise your rights as detailed in section VII below. If you request account deletion but have an active order, the deletion request can only be processed after delivery and completion of the last active order.
If you withdraw your consent for marketing data processing, Design Web Romania will cease processing your personal data for this purpose, without affecting the data processing that took place based on your consent before its withdrawal.
V. Disclosure of personal data
To fulfill the processing purposes, Design Web Romania may disclose your data to partners, third parties, or entities that assist Design Web Romania in carrying out its activities via the Website (e.g., courier companies, IT service providers), or to public authorities, in the following cases (non-exhaustive list):
- For administering the Website;
- In situations where such communication is necessary for awarding prizes or other benefits to individuals who participated in various promotional campaigns organized by Design Web Romania via the Website;
- To maintain, personalize, and improve the Website and services offered through it;

VII. Your rights

- The right to information, i.e., the right to receive details about the processing activities carried out by Design Web Romania, as described in this document.
- The right to access data, i.e., the right to obtain confirmation from Design Web Romania regarding the processing of personal data, as well as details about the processing activities, such as how the data is processed, the purpose of processing, recipients or categories of recipients of the data, etc.;
- The right to rectification, i.e., the right to obtain the correction, without unjustified delays, of inaccurate or unjustified personal data, as well as the completion of incomplete data. The rectification/completion will be communicated to each recipient of the data, unless this is impossible or requires disproportionate effort.
- The right to erasure of data, i.e., the “right to be forgotten,” in the event that one of the following reasons applies:
- The data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed;
- The consent is withdrawn and there is no other legal basis for processing;
- The data subject objects to processing and there are no legitimate grounds overriding the objection;
- The data has been processed unlawfully;
- The data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation;
- The data was collected in connection with the provision of information society services under EU or national law.
In the event of a deletion request, Design Web Romania may anonymize the data (thus removing its personal character) and continue processing it for statistical purposes.
- The right to restrict processing under the following conditions:
- The person contests the accuracy of the data, for a period allowing verification of the data’s accuracy;
- The processing is unlawful, and the data subject objects to erasure, requesting restriction of its use instead;
- The operator no longer needs the data for processing but the data subject requests it for legal claims;
- The data subject has objected to processing (other than direct marketing), for the period of time during which it is verified if the legitimate rights of the operator override those of the data subject.
- The right to data portability, i.e., (i) the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used, and readable format, and (ii) the right to transmit this data to another data controller, if the legal conditions are met.
- The right to object – concerning the processing activities, it can be exercised by submitting a request as outlined below:
- At any time, on grounds related to the data subject’s specific situation, object to processing based on the legitimate interest of Design Web Romania or public interest, unless Design Web Romania can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject, or that the purpose is the establishment, exercise, or defense of a legal claim;
- At any time, free of charge, and without justification, object to data processing for direct marketing purposes.
- The right not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, that significantly affects the data subject.
- The right to address the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing or competent courts if necessary.
